Vincent Levavasseur MSV Normandie Orne (département) Maraîchage
Vincent levavasseur, issu d’une famille d’agriculteurs, s’installe en 2015 avec sa femme en maraîchage et élevage de poules pondeuses. Il se forme pendant une saison sur la ferme de Daniel et François Mulet dans l’Eure, ce qui l’oriente naturellement vers les techniques MSV. Cofondateur et actuellement président de MSV Normandie, il crée en 2017 Ver de Terre Production avec Konrad Schreiber et François Mulet. Sa ferme, la Ferme de l'Alliance, accueille un espace test pour les porteurs de projets qui se succèdent depuis 2018. Un premier magasin de producteur est ouvert à Livarot puis un second est créé à Vimoutiers en 2019.

Objectifs à l'installation
- Démontrer la viabilité de l’approche sur sol vivant et développer des itinéraires techniques (ITK) rentables. En tant qu’espace test, la stratégie de la ferme s’adapte aux envies des testeurs : elle est co-construite en fonction des besoins en revenus et des envies d’expérimenter.
Perspectives à venir
Souhait de continuer à investir pour améliorer l’ergonomie : programmateur d’arrosage et l’aspersion sous serre, station de lavage, attelage triangle, bennette 3 points. Ces projets sont actuellement réalisés. La ferme est actuellement en recherche d’associés qui voudraient pérenniser l’activité sur la ferme à plus long terme, les testeurs choisissant souvent de s’installer sur leurs propres terres.
Gestion de la fertilité des sols
Un apport de foin autoproduit et maintenant principalement de fumier de cheval pailleux issu des haras voisins paille les cultures et nourrit les sols. En fin de culture si l’herbe prend le dessus, l’enherbement spontané crée de la biomasse et de la porosité naturelle pendant quelques mois à 2 ans, avant d’être à nouveau bâché.
Focus technique
Semis petites graines : Un bâchage long est réalisé suite au précédent cultural. Après le débâchage, le semis à lieu en direct puis les graines sont recouvertes par une couche de paillettes de lin ou de compost sur la ligne. Un paillage à la main est réalisé au stade 5-8 cm de la culture en évitant de recouvrir les jeunes pousses.

La ferme de l'Alliance ne fait pas de vente à la ferme ni de marchés mais vend majoritairement ses légumes à des magasins (Biocoop), des restaurants et cantines scolaires ainsi que des grossistes.

Vincent est satisfait des résultats économiques, du cadre social et du confort de travail puisque les notes sont au dessus de la moyenne. D'après l'indicateur EBE/UTH, chaque maraîcher travaillant sur la ferme de l'Alliance génère 12 032 € de produit, ce qui est légèrement en dessous de la moyenne (12 935 €). Cependant, la ferme possède une des meilleures notes en terme d'efficacité de travail : 26 € de produits générés par heures. De plus, la ferme de l'Alliance est une des seules à mutualiser des investissements, ce qui lui confère une note de 4/10 pour l'indicateur coopération.

La ferme de l'Alliance à une meilleure autonomie en semence que la moyenne (15 % vs 5 %) et 100 % autonome en production de légumes. Par contre, la ferme de l'Alliance a une faible autonomie en matières organiques avec seulement 10 % produits in-situ comparé à une moyenne de 24 %. 50% des plants sont faits sur la ferme, or, cet indicateur est légèrement en dessous de la moyenne (68 %).

- ↑ Dans l'analyse de terre, la matières organiques (MO) est quantifiée à partir du dosage de la teneur en carbone organique (C) son constituant majeur, que l'on multiplie par un coefficient censé refléter la teneur en carbone de la MO, qui peut différer selon les laboratoires Français : 1.72 ou 2. Ce coefficient est toujours précisé sur les bulletins d'analyse.
